The Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) offers career opportunities for university graduates through an annual Graduate Program.

Each year the department seeks applications from people graduating from a range of disciplines.

The Graduate Program is an entry-level learning and development program aimed at building the leadership capability of the department. The ten month program provides graduates with a range of knowledge and skills to enhance their work capabilities to assist them to build a strong Australian Public Service career.

Graduates are provided with a competitive remuneration package and commence at the DEEWR Training Broadband APS3 level. Details of benefits and salary advice are outlined in the DEEWR Enterprise Agreement.
